Let me tell you how awesome these chairs are. I'm 300lbs and have sat in these chairs every single day for hours at a time (even through 9 months of pregnancy) for over 2yrs and I haven't had one single issue. These chairs have not dipped, flattened, or worn out, even with my fat butt on them fmdaily. They just bounce back like I was never there. I also have a 3yr old who once wrote all over them with a BLACK PERMANENT MARKER (mini heart attack for mommy), and I got a little acetone on a towel and it came COMPLETELY off within 5 minutes!! I've also had many days of spilled spaghetti and ravioli all over them and got a wet towel and BAM, CLEAN like it was never there. Not kidding. I am shocked at how easy to clean the fabric is. It literally looks like it was never there!! These chairs are not only seriously supportive, but they are sooooo easy to clean. They look just as good and are just as plush as they were when I got them in 2020. Now, one thing I hated that buyers should be aware of is that they SUCK on carpet floors. They tip over VERY easily. They're back heavy so the slightest nudge can make them fall over. When I had them in my apartment, I would just walk by and my robe would catch one and there it went, tumbling backwards to the floor. However, since moving to our house with tile floors, that hasn't happened once and they're very stable. I'm guessing it's just a thing with carpet floors. Hope this helps those who were like I was, spending hours researching and reading through reviews to find the perfect chairs lol.

My dining room looks so luxury. I have two toddles that eats on the chair easy to clean off stains . I love it .

Chairs are comfy enough , tho alittle more padding in the seat would make them amazing!Good price and decent quality!

I got two chairs, but one of them had apparently been returned by another customer. The plastic around the chair was torn open and the packet of hardware (screws, washers, etc.) had been torn open and the pieces were scattered inside the chair seat. Some of the pieces of hardware were missing. I contacted customer service and described the situation and explained that I couldn't install the legs on one of the two chairs. I got a response back the next day and told that a new packet of hardware would be sent, but I might have to wait for it a while. Well, five days later, the packet of hardware showed up in my mailbox. Now I can install the legs on the second chair. I was blown away how fast the extra hardware arrived. And it appears the packet came from China because of the writing on the outside of the FedEx package. It arrived so FAST! I'm so impressed by the customer service. The chairs are beautiful, and I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this company.

I originally thought the chairs were delivered without legs but they are contained in bottom zipped section under chair. We’ll see how it goes putting them together

The chairs are absolutely beautiful & comfortable. The chairs are the same ones I’ve been wanting elsewhere, but these are a way better deal for two chairs! I rated the chairs a 4 because of the troubles I had when assembling the chairs. When you get the chairs you have to attach the legs yourself. I ordered 4 chairs. One of the legs did not fit the pre- drilled slots to attach the legs to. The company made it way to small or made the chair leg too big. My dad had to saw down one of the legs in order for it to attach to the chair. If it wasn’t for him, I would had to send the chair back. In one of the photos submitted, you can see how the pre-drilled/cut holes to attach the legs was too big for the leg itself, it was cut very odd. My only complaint is that the measurements were not accurate to put the legs into, most of the holes are slightly bigger & I had that one chair leg that was too big.
