think box Inventors' Box

What could I give my imaginative and creative grandchild? Hem, this Thnk Box Inventor's Box looks really good. It's got a tub that his mom will like (puts everything back into it after using it), and it has lots of different pieces that could spark hundreds of different ideas. Did it fit the bill? Absolutely. that gift kept him busy for two full days, and is still in use a week later. I'd highly recommend it!

I bought two sets. One for a niece and one for my daughter. They used all the items differently. The guidebook comes with ideas that they mostly ignored. They were imagination was limitless with these items

To much money for what's inside! Terrible instruction book.

Useless. It not only has practically no directions it has almost none of the pieces necessary to make the inventions pictured

Hmmm.... we are Tinker Crate junkies so when I saw this, I was excited! When I opened up the package and started looking for a project for my kiddo, I realized that there are very few projects in the book and they DON’T provide everything you need to make the very few they have listed. Advertising is false. They show pictures of things they don’t have instructions to and they don’t provide a web site to access them.If you are looking for something that the kids can just be creative with and make a mess then this is for you. If you are looking for effortless organized projects I don’t recommend this.I posted pictures of the entire instruction book. You can decide for yourself.

My son receives the KiwiCo TinkerBox on a monthly basis and LOVES it. I saw this and thought it was a big box of similar projects. It's not. It's a box of craft materials. There is a leaflet giving a few "starting" pointers for some projects, but they require items not included like rubber bands, wooden wheels, etc. While some children will open this box and begin wildly creating who knows what, please only purchase this if that is the type of child you have. My son has ADHD and he requires structure and step by steps. This left him angry and frustrated. I wish this company would call this what this is.... a box of craft materials. But to advertise it as an Inventors Box and to label it VERY similarly to KiwiCo TinkerBox is misleading.
