Good Quality. Easy to Install
Hitch/Receiver are rugged and all the welds looked good. No problems with fit. Installed in about 30 minutes. The instructions are not the best but it is a simple install so you shouldn't run into any issues.

Nice receiver, quick install
The instruction are lacking, but I've installed enough Rugged Ridge products on my TJ that I've come to expect this. You can usually find a YouTube video showing the install for one of their products.Certainly more cost-effective than the Mopar part for the JL and is solid. It took me 30 mins to install, but that was because I have the Sahara and had to remove two screws and push the plastic fascia around to get the bolts. Once the fascia was loosened, the new hitch went right in.

Easy Install, Fits Great
Took me 20 mins to put this on. Everything lined up and fit perfectly. I didn’t get wiring harness as I’m not planning to tow anything but will use it for a bike rack and basket for trips. The hitch is going to take some abuse, so not something I’d be concerned with blemishes on, but out of the box, the paint and holes were very nicely done and it looks great.

The hitch appears to be very strong. Installation took me about 15 minutes. I pulled a 1 ton load 60 miles yesterday without any problems.

Wranglers will need an extender
Bought this for my new Sahara. Be aware, unless you have a made for a Jeep Wrangler bike rack that has a longer than usual connection stem, you WILL NEED A HITCH EXTENDER if you have the spare tire on the back. Sorry for the all caps, just want to save you time. My Thule would not fit with the normal sized spare tire on (about 1.5 inches too short).When you use an extender, you have to take half off of the tongue capacity--so drops from 300 pounds to 150 total weight. Because we have a 4 bike rack, an extender won't work. Basically, had to buy a new bike rack. That's not the fault of this hitch, it just is the way it is with all hitches like this.This was super easy to install and as others have said, takes about 25 minutes.

Nice hitch
This hitch was super easy to install on my Jeep JL. It took 5 minutes. Good quality for light towing or bike racks. It doesn’t tie into the frame and is not right for heavy trailer towing. Great price and quality.

Good product that is very easy to install.
Good product, and easy to install. It took about 10-15 minutes to install this on a 2018 JLUS, and is only used for a bike rack. An extension bar was needed to clear the spare tire. I would recommend this product.
