This is a joke everything on all the adds make you think this has shilajit , and a couple other ingredients known to actually work them this comes in the mail and it's nothing like every ad on the Internet or shopping on Google that leads you to Amazon for this product is. If I want more sodium, calcium and magnesium in my diet I'll eat some some things out of the kitchen or some Flintstones vitamins. Amazon says May return buy May until it's delivered then you try to return it and it says sorry this item is unreturnable.

I think this was submitted, but I'm not sure. The most recent order was very disappointing. All the gummiesbwere stuck together. Had to use a knife or other picker to drag the gummies out. I will say that previous orders were fine. But this order was very unsatisfactory.
