Allimax Nutraceuticals Cream, 2.11 ounce

I was skeptical when I tried this cream. I ride a bicycle as a hobby and have suffered from jock itch for several years. I have tried everything to get rid of it but at best I could only temporarily control it. I started taking the ALLI-C product and that didn't help it, although I think it did improve my sinuses and allergies. I added the use of the Allimax cream and after about two weeks the jock itch had almost completely gone away. I hardly think about it anymore. It is better controlled with the Allimax than with any other treatment I've used. Its been over a month now and I only use the Allimax cream when needed. Almost a miracle. The Allimax cream does have a slight oder. It isn't bad. It reminds me of the smell of sun-protection at the beach.

The review I am about to write is so extreme in its praise that I feel the need to say that I have no connection with the company and have received nothing in return for this review. After retiring early as a law professor, I bought a health food store on the Oregon coast. My prejudice about products in the ‘Supplements’ department was that they would often be ‘snake oil’ or supplements sold to people who didn’t need them. I learned that although that may describe 10% of the market, there is in fact a multitude of effective alternative remedies which doctors don’t know about or want to know about. One Sunday, a regular customer in the supplements department asked what may seem like a silly question: “What is the best product in this entire department?” I answered immediately, “ALLIMAX!” I first met ALLIMAX when their rep brought it to the store. While reciting the long list of ailments for which it was an effective remedy, he handed me a brochure which sported an even longer list of unrelated ailments. “They have a name for this stuff: ‘snake oil’,” I said, adding, “There is no substance on earth which cures all these unrelated problems.” “Have you read the active ingredients?” The rep asked. “No” I replied. “Please do.” I did. And only then did I appreciate that these outlandish claims for ALLIMAX could be true. Get this: it has ONE active ingredient, which did not exist until the Allimax people produced it, yet is entirely natural. It is a highly concentrated form of allicin, the active ingredient of garlic. It has never existed before because allicin is highly unstable which made a concentrate impossible to make. Technology to the rescue: Allicin could be stabilized at sub-zero temperatures, and that is how the concentrate was made. It is garlic on steroids. The Chinese have written about the curative properties of garlic for centuries. Imagine all those properties, to the power of ten. It takes between 18 and 21 cloves of organic garlic to make one regular strength capsule of Allimax The most spectacular results I saw involved myriad skin conditions, often after they had stumped a dermatologist or two. I have also used it myself with great success. When I was in Sri Lanka for a month, I took one capsule a day for no particular reason. It took a while before I realized that mosquitoes - who normally LOVE my blood, had stayed well away - and THAT is a claim the makers do not make, even though it makes sense. Many female customers preferred Allimax to pharmaceuticals for fungal infections. It really is an amazing product.

Waste- it left my daughter smelling faintly of garlic and made her rash more irritated. Does rub in well. Probably just not the right thing for what we were dealing with. Our natural medicine doctor recommended trying it.

it's a small container but potent.

I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa a skin disorder that causes oil glands to become inflamed at times. When I feel a flair up coming I put a fair amount of this cream on a ban-aid and apply it over the inflamed area daily until the boil recedes. Nearly every time it stops the boil from forming and abates the eruption. Its the best product I have found for preventing boil eruptions and highly recommend trying it.

Smells slightly of garlic, moderately good as a skin cream, but will not buy again due to fragrance and overall performance.
