Works great, easy to install and a good price.

I hesitated to write a bad review, but thought this might keep someone else from the same mistake. I have Arris products before with no problems. This time when My old cable modem was dmaged by a freak power failure, I saw this one listed as "used" like new. So I orderd. That was almost two months ago. Frome the beginning I had intermittent problems, but they would go away before I could troubleshoot. My sreaming would suddenly buffer, websites took forever to load, my wireless devices would lose Internet connection. Moral to the story...buy the NEW device! It will cost you way less in the long run.

Excellent upgrade

This would have gotten five stars if not for the extremely short power cable. The old cable was long enough for it would sit on the top shelf of my desk for better output. The cable on their new model is 40 inches making it impossible to place in a higher location without having to use an extension cord.

This purchase is a POOR product. Worked for about 4 weeks. Problems began. Rebooting could take 10 minutes!! Few to no connections established or sustained. Had to be replaced in under 2 months with a rental. Exactly what I had tried to avoid!!!! Sadly, I am out the purchase price. Clearly, this specific device is defective. I have the same device in a different home and it works flawlessly. Disappointed and frustrated! Money wasted!!

I’ve had this for several months now. NO ISSUES. The connectivity and signal strength is excellent. So far I am enjoying the quality of this product!
