Good suppository
Last year I experienced surgical menopause, which is a complete shock to the system. Because of my health condition I am not a candidate for hormone therapy, and so I have been trying out different non-hormonal options to combat the many side effects of instant menopause; extreme vaginal dryness being one of them. My doctor recommended I try hyaluronic acid suppositories, and they really do work well. I had been using a specific brand, which I love, but I wanted to branch out a bit and try different options - so when I saw these I had to pick them up.My first thought when I saw these was how similar they were to the brand I was currently using. They are shaped the same, and you insert them exactly the same way. These are a little smaller, and most notably, have a different ingredient list. My original brand is mostly hyaluronic acid (10mg) with sweet almond oil, while this one was a mix of HA and other beneficial oils, like coconut and vitamin E, as well as boric acid and probiotics. After trying it a few times, I do like this one. I think this is a good suppository, it is more economical, and it has benefits beyond hydration, and I might supplement with it on occasion. But I'll return to my original brand because it's just so much more moisturizing. One thing to note, for anyone using this type of suppository: it will leak if you stand up after inserting it, especially if you don't insert it high enough. These are meant to melt and rehydrate, so it's critical you stay lying down the whole night. The first time I used one I made that mistake and ruined both a set of sheets and my pajama pants (I sometimes wake up at night and walk around if I can't fall back asleep easily). Now I make sure to stay in bed when using these.

not sure
I have vaginal dryness from time to time and just did a test which said I have higher prevotella levels. I am looking for a good suppository to use to help with this. This contains lactobacillus as well as boric acid hyaluronic acid which all seem really good ingredients for overall vaginal health. I do not like the coconut oil ingredient though and dont think that is a good ingredient to put inside yourself, in fact I thought that would lead to infections if used as a lubricant. This one does not leak out as much as others I have used and stays solid after taking it out of the packaging which might be due to the coconut oil being cold and solid. It is easy to insert although no applicators are provided. I feel like it made my situation worse though and feel like it through my flora off. No benefits to report, will be looking for something with different ingredients.

Not good
I bought this for additional moisture. I used it. It's like I put super glue down there. Stickiest not moist at all. Very dry feeling and I would not recommend and it will never be used again so that was basically $20 thrown away

Great Product
These suppositories are easy to use and do not cause any discomfort or irritation. I do wish they included an applicator, but overall, they're still a quality product for women.

Work well
I was thrown into menopause when I had a radical hysterectomy in 2011 due to cancer. I was advised by my oncologist to avoid estrogen. I typically use vitamin e suppositories but thought these hyaluronic acid suppositories to see how these do. They do a nice job and aren't causing any irritation. I use them right before going to sleep so that the product stays put and isn't fighting gravity.
