We purchase one of these mic last year then again just last week. Now we are having the issue of the mute being on all the time. How do we remove the mute.

Honestly, if another mic exists that is better, it'd be to my amazement. I (a Pastor) have been without an amazing mic for over 17yrs... This one is worth the investment. Now, to keep it out of the hands of my other leaders... as I only have one at the moment.
