I thought I'd try this product for its well known health benefits. A bit early to say whether it is working or not but I haven't had any side effects as yet, nor do the tablets smell and no repeating/garlicky burps/garlic breath to report as yet. The tablets are smooth and easy to swallow. I take these before bed as well and no issues there either. I've had a good experience with this brand so I have high hopes for this product. Would recommend!

I decided to start taking these with zinc and they work great for your skin. Tablets are a little big but otherwise no problems
