I recently bought the SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro and I’m really happy with it so far. The design is very nice and it looks great on the counter. I got the pearl white color and it has a clean, modern look. It’s easy to use and works well for making traditional Turkish tea. The water heats up quickly and the keep-warm function is convenient when you want to have tea ready for a while. The pots also feel solid and good quality. One small detail I really liked is that you can choose the language on the screen (English or Turkish). I thought that was a thoughtful touch and it makes the machine easier to use. Overall it’s been great for everyday use and making tea for guests. If you drink Turkish tea regularly, this is a really nice tea maker to have.

This is my 3rd SAKI product, I had owned the previous generation for 7 years which is now being used in my son's Dorm room. But timely beauty in any setting - Durability You can touch and feel the quality and attention to details like Apple products, E.g. The Tea basket attaches magnetically to the lid - Value for Money Expensive but worthed, I have had many brands before this and by far this is better - Temp Control Percise , great for all type of usage and teas like Green Tea and Olong - Boil Speed Super fast, 2-3 Minutes depending how ful it is - Build Quality Superb, Old fashion Germanic I hope the company manufacture other itens liek Toaster and more. In summary, Love it and recommend it 100%

I purchased the Saki Turkish Tea Maker Machine Pro, and it stopped working after only four months of normal household use. What makes this worse is that there is no return option and no usable warranty, so once the machine breaks, you are simply stuck with it. For a product at this price point, that is unacceptable. The design looks good and the tea quality was fine while it worked, but durability is clearly a problem. Features like keep-warm, auto shut-off, and the double-pot system don’t mean much when the product fails so quickly and the customer has no protection. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

This teapot is beyond our expectations; we used another brand, which broke down after a few months, so we decided to give Saki a try. It does not have plastic components and is of very good quality, plus so stylish. It also takes a short time to make delicious Turkish tea. It is also easy to clean it with citric acid and water. Highly recommended!
