I had a bad case of hemorrhoids when I got a steroid shot for a tendon injury. The hemorrhoids hurt worse than the tendon and Avatrol really was a miracle for me. It was more than a year ago but I believe I took one in the morning and one before I went to bed, and maybe one in the afternoon if it was bothering me. I thought it was expensive but for me, it worth every cent.
