The media could not be loaded. This pillow is really great! I need extra support for my neck and shoulders, and I decided to give this pillow a try. I admit that it takes some getting used to. I only slept on it for 2/3 of the night the first night. However, I noticed that my hands went numb when I woke up after switching back to my old pillow. I decided to give it another try, and haven't switched back since. I have slept on it for a full week since I got it, after letting it sit for a day and a half to restore its shape after being compressed in the box. I have slept so well. I am a side sleeper, and the grooves on the side are perfect for resting my arm. My 3rd night sleeping on it my Fitbit gave me a sleep score of 90! That is the highest I have gotten in at least 6 months.The first few nights I put it in a pillowcase, but it kept slipping out of it. I inspected it closer and noticed that it comes with a pillowcase already on it that is soft and cooling. You can unsnap the middle, and then unzip it from the top and wash it. It is way more comfortable with it's original pillowcase. It has a cooling effect, which is really nice, especially since I live in Arizona and it is starting to warm up.I usually don't like memory foam pillows because they seem to flatten where I need support. This one is soft and comfortable, while also keeping it's shape where it is needed for support.Overall, I highly recommend trying this pillow out!

As someone with neck sensitivity from a long ago car accident, this pillow is wonderful. Im used to sleeping on the flattest pillow possible to avoid neck pain and this pillow is fantastic. No neck pain in the morning.

One of the worst pillow i have ever used. This pillow is super thin and incredibly flat. It does not provide Any neck support and sleep was at its worst if any thing it created more neck pain. Do not recommend!

Wow, so impressed with this pillow. This pillow is awesome! Supportive and yet so comfortable and I only paid $19. I have slept on it for 2 nights now. Just love it. Hoping it stays awesome!I bought a different one and paid a lot more and didn't like that one at all. It was too hard.Finally found the right pillow after years of searching!

The pillow is very soft ,but the arm part is way to small for an adult, it's almost like it's not there

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t super excited about this cervical neck pillow. I tried using it a couple of times—it’s nice if you sleep in one position, but I move around a lot and like to hug my pillow, so it just wasn’t comfortable for me. Maybe it takes time to adjust, but I ended up going back to my regular pillow. It does have a soft feel and the memory foam is nice, but not for me. That said, I now use it as a cushion for my desk chair, and it actually works better for that! Just being honest.

This is an excellent pillow. A year ago I tried about 10 pillows and only found 1 that worked for me. This pillow is so comfy. It supports my neck and back just like I need. I can easily sleep on my side and back. I have a hard time falling asleep and this pillow somehow has helped me quickly fall asleep which is a miracle!There is a slight chemical smell to the pillow, but I am hopeful over time it will dissipate. I am buying an allergy protector case for the pillow which I think will fix the smell. Either way I will still use this pillow.

This pillow was recommended by a friend who has been having neck and shoulder pain as well as headaches. She got this pillow and feels so much better. I ordered it for my husband, who has neck injury pain. We were excited to see if it would help him. It arrived well packaged, in a shrink wrap bag. The bag came off easily and the package suggested that it could take up to 24 hours to fully puff out. 36 hours later it was still as flat as a pancake and the foam inside the zippered cover was curled strangely. It was about 3 inched thick at the thickest spot. I'm glad to say that the return of this pillow was quick and easy. I sure wish it had worked.
