Good quality cage for the price. Will serve needs well. If lifting 4/500+ lbs, can invest in a much sturdier cage. Otherwise, this is an excellent beginner to moderate use cage. I’ve note is the pull up bar came with a rusty weld. Not good for longevity. Shipping also caused scratches and paint removal in some areas but still structurally sound

I assembled this rack fully, and overall I’m very happy with it. Everything went together as expected, the parts were well packaged, and once assembled the rack feels stable and solid. For the price, I would buy it again. A couple of things could be improved: • Weight plate holders: The side plate pegs can’t hold much weight. A single 45 lb plate already starts to bend them, so I don’t use them anymore. • Dip handles and top grips: The rubber grips on the upper bars and dip handles rotate. It seems common on racks like this, but it does affect the feel a bit. • Cable loop bolt design: The threaded portion of the bolt sits inside the cable’s end loop. It works, and so far it’s been fine, but it’s not ideal. A smooth-shank bolt would be much better long-term to reduce wear on the cable. None of these issues are dealbreakers, and they’re all small things the manufacturer could fix easily. Overall, this is still a strong four-star rack with great value and a sturdy build.

After installation I realized it was missing a few accessories, so I'm giving giving it 4 stars for now, but customer service is sending those parts in the coming weeks, and I'll change it to 5 stars once they arrive. As far as the machine, it's surprisingly solid and sturdy especially for the price, and fits great in my basement. I have 8' ceilings so there is no clearance issues. If your ceilings are 7' or less, the pull up assembly might be an issue. The cagecan handle quite a bit of weight. Assembly was not difficult, but I'd suggest a ratchet and socket instead of the wrench that is included to save yourself some time. Thought about using my impact gun, but didn't want to over tighten. Ratchet worked great. I sprayed the pulleys and guide bar with silicone spray and it's very smooth. Very happy with this purchase, and will be even happier once missing accessories arrive.
