My team not happy with these units so far.
We've had three of these in service for a week now. First the A920 comes with a rubber protective case which gets removed quickly as the paper runs out at least 3-4 times a day in a busy restaurant. The charge does not last very long so they end up plugged in. The tip function causes headaches for those who make input errors as changes can not be made. There is a danger of entering a tip on the wrong credit card. We've had to give cash back to customers due to input errors that cannot be fixed after the transaction is saved. UNtipped transactions CAN be modified however and we've had problems with the wrong transaction having a tip added, then we have real problems with the customer.

It’s junk
I don’t even own one, my Boss got two for the job… & I tell you this. It suck, service sucks & customers service. Definitely made my job harder.

VERY Buggy
The terminals freeze with no apparent solution. The picture shows the frozen screen. Make sure your service provider can give you 24x7x365 support because you will need it.
