Bought it again, started in October after test results reviled that I have cholesterol problem. In the last 4 months I took 1 tablet at morning about 30 minutes before first meal. I actually eat very bad and not exercise at all. My total cholesterol improved (went down) HDL went up 9 points and LDL went down 26 points. Honesty I would expect everything going wrong way considering my behavior. So, I ordered again and few days later for my friend. I am going to take one before going to bed and one at morning and take a test in the Summer. My friend has worse results, she will try two tablets a day and see the results. I will write about her numbers.

My hope is the reviews for this product are accurate and it helps to lower my cholesterol and glucose levels. I've been taking a capsule each morning for the past month and will continue doing so until my next round of blood work to see if it does indeed work. The pills are easy to swallow with only a slight garlic and pepper aftertaste. Fingers crossed.

I've been struggling to get my cholesterol down under 200 since having a mild heart attack 9 1/2 years ago. The statins my Dr. wanted me to take caused side effects I didn't like. I now take another prescription drug, but it doesn't seem to do much, so I added a product with citrus bergamot. It seemed to help, but I total cholesterol was hovering around 215 - 225. I ran out of that product and began looking on Amazon for something more helpful. Found Organic Cadane citrus bergamot, and it seemed to have a higher dosage along with other helpful ingredients. I received it on July 5, and began taking it. Now, less than 7 weeks later, I just got my test results, and my total cholesterol is down to 183. The other numbers are better, also, so I've ordered more, hoping at least to stay steady or maybe to improve even more!

There isn't anything that I dislike about the Cadane citrus bergamot. I live on the second floor and have to up a flight of 18 steps. I have noticed that I am going up faster and easier. I have more energy. I believe that it is even helping my gut. For the first time in quite a while I have the desire to go birding which requires a good bit of walking. Beside carrying my binoculars, I usually carry a 35mm digital camera with a 100 to 400mm zoom lens. Oh, I forgot to mention that I will be 76 years old in about six weeks. This product is awesome. Not only that it comes with two 60-tab bottles. That is four months' worth. Dynomite!

Last February my LDL was up to 161. I declined starting a statin and got more consistent with exercise. I’ll admit I haven’t done the best with diet 🙃. I purchased this in April of last year, but didn’t get more consistent with taking it until more recently. Honestly, I’m still on the first bottle. We’ll I got my lab work back yesterday and my LDL is down to 120! This is definitely motivation to take it more seriously and hopefully I’ll be down below 100 next time.

Took this product for straight 18 months not missing a single day hoping it will help to reduce my cholesterol. Did not mix with any other supplements so that I could see the clear result of this product. During the 18 months, I did not gain or lose weight, exercise about the same, and I did not change my eating habit. Unfortunately, I did not see any positive outcome from this product.

I don't have the #s in front of me but the bad went down, the good went up and total cholesterol and triglycerides went down. I am taking this plus a garlic oil/ chlorophyll pill as well, so I can't say sure which did it, but both have researched factors supporting the efficacy w/o drawbacks of mainstream pharmaceuticals.I'll continue this regimen as well as continue quest of life/diet balance. I have moderately increased walking, but not likely enough to have a measurable up of good cholesterol and counter of bad.
