I’ve tried a lot of lip plumpers over the years, but this one might be my new favorite. As soon as I apply it, I get that signature tingling feeling (not too intense!) and within minutes my lips look noticeably fuller and smoother. This is the 50 spice level. Didn't feel much of difference or see much plumpness. I actually find that some drug store lip plumper glosses like Physicians Formula work better.

Very pleased with this item. My lips are plumped as described. I dabbed it on my lips so it would last longer. The only negative thing is that the cost is high.
