WOW! It's only been a few days but this has been a game changer. I was getting really bad symptoms, even after following a FODMAP diet. It was really getting too much for me. I decided to try this after reading reviews and I am so glad I did. I would say my symptoms are cut in about half. Because I was wondering if it was all in my mind, I went a day without taking a pill at lunchtime and guess what - my symptoms hit me. Today - I went back to using the pill before eating and I am doing so much better. This has been terrific. I don't notice any odor or aftertaste. I am just so happy to be able to eat again. It should be noted that I am still eating FODMAP - so I have not tested it on non FODMAP foods. But so far, I am very happy!

My digestion has been iffy since an abdominal surgery a couple of years ago, and digestive enzymes have been a lifesaver for me. I discovered this upgrade from the Flora brand and am on my second bottle. I can honestly say they are the best digestive enzymes I've taken. They contain an extensive selection of plant based enzymes, plus probiotics and a butyrate complex, which I think have really helped to build back my digestive strength. They have kind of a funny smell right out of the bottle, but that’s not a problem. Highly recommended.

I have been taking probiotics for quite a while now and I am not sure if they are helping, but I had great results on a recent colonoscopy. I am on a GLP-1 so I decided to keep taking and try these out. I am positive they have reduced gas and bloating for me and I find I only take one, once a day with an evening meal. I am going to start taking one with breakfast as well and see if it makes a difference. So far I have not had issues with this probiotic and I do believe it has to be helping, I do not want to stop taking and find out! I gave 4 stars because it does have a slight "off" smell, but that does not stop me from taking it. I am going to try taking a few minutes before my meal instead of after like I have been. I do think people should give this one a try!

This works great for me. No stomach issues after I eat and no heartburn

I did not care for this product. I have tried similar products that worked well, but all this seemed to do was make me very gassy and bloated. It smells horrible and has a disgusting after taste.
