I've had nasal congestion sleeping for as long as I can remember. I've tried numerous nasal sprays over the years and finally settled on this beekeeper's version. Just before going to bed, I give my nose a good spray and then blow out all of mucous. Usually gets me through the night. Now and then I wake up congested in the middle of the night and have to respray.

This nasal spray works quickly to clear congestion and feels gentle on my nose. I love the natural ingredients, and it’s perfect for daily use!

I’m actually pleasantly surprised that this works so well. I was a Flonase person, and this works way better. I’m not noticing any smell at all, like others mention, but I did not get the maximum strength one, that has eucalyptus in it.I’m not waking up with sinus headaches anymore. I use this twice a day.
