NOW Foods Supplements, Cal-Mag DK with Vitamin D-3 and Vitamin K-2, Supports Bone Health*, 180 Capsules

I have found this brand of supplements at my local natural Grocer. I chose these from amazon because of convenience. I trust the NOW brands... as long as you watch who they are shipped from. These are a good source of magnesium. And I am watchful of the MAG that I use based on what I need. Sleep, digestion etc. The price on NOW supplements is good in my opinion. I am currently using another supplement from them to help prevent cold sores.

High quality Calcium

No complaints. This is exactly what it's supposed to be and does what it's supposed to do. If anyone has issues with these capsules, maybe they're not consuming enough sodium or water or food with it. I have two ways that I consume these:1) I open the capsule and pour half of it into some warm water, always with lots of high quality, natural salt.2) Sometimes I just swallow one or two capsules whole while I'm having a meal.I always take it in conjunction with Life Enhancement Potassium Basics, which I consume in the exact same manner. If the weather is hot, I'll take twice as much of the Cal-Mag as usual because it decreases circulation and therefore helps to cool me down.I also like to add half of one of those 5-hour energy shots to keep me awake at work and I have not noticed any bad reaction by doing that.I wouldn't take it before bed, because the Vitamin D may keep you up for a while, as it's somewhat of a stimulant. Instead, I take ZMA before bed, which helps me sleep as well.I recommend keeping it in the fridge because the colder it is, the less bacterial growth you will have in the bottle. Extra bottles can be stored in the freezer.

Keeps me sore free and my bones strong. I take the smaller version of these as well. I do alot of walking, squatting, bending, and etc. They help me in so many ways and I'm glad to have purchased thes supplements.

My doctor told me to start taking this. It's doing the job to up my calcium levels.

I've tried many calcium products in the past, only to have them not be right for me. I needed something that was Gluten Free, good amount of calcium, and also contained a large amountof vitamin D, this fit the bill. Although these pills are very large, they are quite easy to swallow. I have been taking these for about 6 months now and am very pleased with them. I tookthe bottle to my doctor visit and my doctor said these were perfect for me. Finally, my search has ended, thanks Amazon and NOW.

I like the fact that only two capsules are needed to get the recommended dose. Works very good compared to taking 4 to six capsules.

I just started taking these, so I cannot yet say how they impact me personally, but I can say that this is great value for what you get (I was trying to find a supplement that contained magnesium, k-2, d3 and calcium) for overall bone health, and to minimize the number of pills to take, and ultimately to save money, and I'm thrilled to have found this! The pills are large, and you take 2 per day, but they are super easy to swallow, so I'm very happy!
