I've had a pair for 4 years. Recently the lining started pealing off the ear pieces chunks at a time. The internal speakers have both popped loose on multiple occasions with extremely light use at my desk. Fixed with more glue. Neither issue would dissuade me from buying another set at this price point. I do not feel they are great sounding but they are not terrible either.

Can these be used with iPhone 4?

Yes, these headphones have a standard 3.5 mm plug and the iPhone 4 has a standard 3.5 mm jack.

Are they noise canceling?

They do not seem to be noise canceling. However, they do a decent job at it for non-noise canceling headphones.

How comfortable are these? I bought a cheaper $20 white sony headphones, but I noticed that I have a headache after only 30 min. My head is average.

Those are really comfortable, I use them every day for more than 4 hours for editing a local radio show in my country with no complains, the fake leather material is really soft and for the size they are really lightweight, also don't forget the sound quality, is just amazing, I'm a fan of Panasonic audio stuff since I got them. The only problem that I have found is that they are too big to wear in public even for me that I have a big head, the big size and stand out colours really makes people turn heads to you but is not that much of a deal breaker because that is rewarded with a unique 50's retro style and I'm sure more than one will tell you that they look nice. Over all I highly recommend them after 6 months using them I have no complains.
