Maybe it's authentic
The media could not be loaded. I have a small doubt that it is authentic. It has no isbn number on the back or inside the book and only 215 reciepes. On the other hand it very neat in its explanations and had color. Though it is thin and cheap paper. The books was a bit damaged in one corner, but that is just due to shipping from the UK to DK.

Not that detailed recipe
Not what I expected in the book. Yet to try another healing recipe and hope its effective as written in the book
