When it comes to making homemade dressing or stuffing I think the rubbed sage is far better than the ground sage

Best dried sage brand. Some are full of sticks, but these are all leaves and excellent potency. Perfect for soups and stews, stuffing or meat loaf. Highly recommend.

I am Vegan, as I am continually disgusted and heartbroken with the appalling way factory farmed animals are treated. I am a caregiver/cook for an elderly man that receives 1 lb. cans of ground pork delivered to him from our local food pantry. As I don't eat pigs, I wondered how to turn this ground pork into something edible for him. I "googled" sausage recipes & found directions for the needed spices of which I already had with the exception of ground sage! I bought this bottle & have been mixing up & forming sausage patties which can also be frozen for later.
