Mouse table part won’t attach
I’m writing a 1 star review for now. Just got it and tried attaching the mouse part of the table but for some reason it won’t fit in properly. It only goes in halfway and seems like it’s too tight to fully attach. I tried different angles of pushing it down and also tried hammering it with my hand but it won’t budge. Not sure it this a problem only with my model or if others had the same problem. Let me know how you fixed it and I’ll remove my 1 star review.

My Back is Thanking Me for This Purchase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is one of those things I didn't know I needed, but now I can't imagine working from home without it. It attached securely to my office chair, and the installation was very straightforward. Being able to have a proper tray for my laptop and mouse while leaning back is a solid addition for my comfort. Its so much more ergonomic than hunching over my regular desk. The whole setup is very adjustable, and I was able to get it to the perfect height and angle. The built-in mouse pad and cup holder are great extras too. This tray fully supports my relaxed work style.

Work-from-Home Throne Riser
The Newtral Home Office Laptop Desk is the Swiss Army knife of lap desks. With an adjustable surface, built-in wrist rest, mouse pad, and even a cup holder (because caffeine is sacred), it transforms any office chair into a mobile command center. It’s sturdy without being bulky, lightweight without feeling cheap, and ergonomically thoughtful enough to make your spine write you a thank-you note.Only downside? The cup holder is a bit shallow for anything larger than a standard mug—your 64oz mega-gulp chalice of productivity may need its own pedestal.Perfect for writers, gamers, remote workers, and caffeine-fueled rebels who refuse to be confined to a desk.

Innovative Concept with Practical Limitations and Restricted Flexibility.
I received this portable laptop table from NEWTRAL STORE for review. I was immediately intrigued by the design, as I had never seen a laptop table that attaches directly to a chair. I’ve owned a few lap desks and bed desks before, but nothing quite like this. The portable desk arrived in a simple design brown box, with all parts individually packed in plastic bags. I was surprised by how heavy it felt, considering it's mostly plastic—but that actually gave me confidence in its build quality. The desk comes unassembled, but it's fairly easy to put together. All necessary hardware is included, along with a dual-head tool that combines a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen key. However, I recommend using your own Phillips screwdriver, to tighten the screws properly. Also, make sure to align the two handrail attachments by matching the "F" on them to the "F" marked on the desk.Once assembled, the desk is quite sturdy. While heavier than expected, it’s still lighter than a wooden alternative. It’s a decent size and provides a good amount of space on either side of the laptop tray. I especially like that the laptop tray can be propped up and has ventilation holes for cooling. I’ve even considered a DIY mod to add a fan to actively cool the laptop. The desk also includes a built-in cup holder, which functions well, although it feels a bit. There’s also a built-in mouse pad on the right side, and on the left side, there’s a hidden magnet meant for attaching a compatible magnetic phone holder- not included. As shown by the seller images, the desk attaches directly to a chair, but you do need a compatible chair for it to work properly. The chair must have flat, T-shaped armrests. If you already own a NEWTRAL chair, it should be a perfect fit. Besides being able to slide the table back and forth a bit, there aren’t many other adjustments available. Installing it is pretty straightforward—just slide the armrest attachments over the chair’s armrests and tighten the screws to clamp them down.Once installed, the desk works well. It’s quite comfortable to use, especially if you’re reclining in an adjustable gaming chair. You can lean back and still easily use your laptop. However, while the setup is functionally sound, it introduces one major issue—once you're seated and have your laptop, mouse, and drink in place, you're essentially locked into the chair. If you need to stand up for a bathroom break or to grab a snack, it becomes very inconvenient. You either have to unload everything from the desk and detach it or awkwardly climb out of the chair. This is the biggest downside of the design. A swivel out feature would have been incredibly helpful and made the experience much more practical.Overall, I’m a bit torn on this product. I can see that it’s aiming to offer a unique and functional solution—and in many ways, it succeeds. The build quality is solid, and the design is thoughtful, with the built-in mouse pad, cup holder, and phone magnet. However, the required chair compatibility and the inconvenience of being stuck in the chair while using the desk limit its practicality. For short-term or occasional use, it may be perfectly fine. But for regular use, especially if you need to get up often, it can become frustrating.I’m giving it 3 stars—not because it’s poorly made, but because the convenience factor just doesn’t match the functionality for me. It’s a good product if you understand its limitations and have the right setup. Just be sure to weigh its benefits against the trade-offs.
