Good quality product. They should have included some rubber bases to keep it steady. I just bought a mouse pad and kept this on it. Do note that for stabilised output, the indicator is red light and not green light as incorrectly advertised. When the output is not stabilised, there will be no light indicator.

Very poor product and service experience. Within 2–3 months of purchase, the stabilizer stopped working properly. When my refrigerator is connected through the stabilizer, it does not function correctly. However, when the refrigerator is connected directly without the stabilizer, it works perfectly—clearly indicating an issue with the stabilizer. When I first visited the service center, they took my product but never followed up. Upon physically visiting again, I found that the service center was closed. After raising a request, I was informed that I could collect my product from another service center. However, after bringing it home, the same issue persisted. I visited the service center a second time, handed over the product again, and clearly explained the issue. Despite waiting for two months, I received no response from the service personnel. When I requested an inspection or service report detailing the work performed, the service representative refused to provide it, and the product remained unfixed. The product is defective and unreliable, and the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am highly dissatisfied with both the product and the service provided by V-Guard.
