Works well, last years
Good deal, works fine, last one had 70-80k on it and still was working fine but replaced as preventative replacement as the same brand tensioner was starting to make noise with same mileage so replaced both.

Installed on 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite
Fit like a glove on my new alternator install .The old belt was loose, noisy and a cheap brand .This belt is tight and won't become unusable for years to comeZERO whine or noises. Smooth as butter.Gates is the only brand I use for ANY belt I buy . Even go karts .They are tried and trusted through my many years of DIY repairs .The cost outweighs my peace of mind . I want my wife and kids to feel safe when driving .It is my hope that anyone reading this will continue to follow my lead and input the exact model you are installing ANY part on in the future . It helps SOOO MUCH for people to make an informed decision rather than guessing . PASS IT ON .And thanks again Amazon Prime !!! Here in 2 days , driving in 3 . You Rock!

Preferred choice
I've always preferred Gates over other's. Never had one fail prematurely. Very well made and worth the price.

2008 Acura MDX Replacement Serpentine Belt
Great belt, typical Gates quality.I used this as a replacement on my 2008 Acura MDX.The dealer put on their OEM service belt when the tensioner was replaced under warranty a few years back and it was noisy since day one. The Gates is whisper quiet and I am sure it will last for years. Fit & length was perfect, no hassles.

Good quality parts for Honda
Bought a couple of these to replace my serpentine belts on my Honda. It fits and works fine on both the Honda Accord V6 and the Odyssey V6. It seems to fit better on the Accord than the Ody. Neither has caused any noise problem yet but the belt fit a bit tighter on the Ody. Bando actually have two different sizes of belts for the Accord vs. Odyssey, the Ody version is a bit longer. However, when I checked the size of the belt coming off the Ody and the Gates, it is the same before I put on the new belt. I have to say, taking off the belt on the Ody is much harder than the Accord even with the serpentine belt tool. I also have a timing belt kit from Gates to replace the timing belt, pulley and tensioner on my Honda when the time comes. I trust Gates to put their quality parts on any of my Honda instead of the overpriced Honda parts.

I assumed the tensioner and idler pulleys were bad. Since I knew the belt was new it ...
purchased this for my 2006 Acura TL 3.2L. The belt worked but there was a noticeable rattle and chirp up front. I assumed the tensioner and idler pulleys were bad. Since I knew the belt was new it couldn't be that.... Right??? So I changed the tensioner and pulleys.... Stil a chirp but slightly different.... Since it changed a bit I figured one of the pulleys was bad.... So Again I took it all apart and replaced them....Guess what?, Still a chirp. Especially at start up..... So this time I put some dressing on the belt(I do not usually do this) and after the dressing dried it was quiet as a mouse.... For a few days. Then it chirped again. So I broke down and bought a new belt from Napa. Problem solved. When I looked at the belt next to Napas belt the napa belt was about 2" shorter. So although this belt will fit it does not fit correctly. This belt extends the tensioner to far and causes a rattling noise along with not getting enough grip and causing a chirp, squeal etc. I recomend buying the specific belt for the Acura and not this belt which was designed to fit multiple vehicles.
