I ordered an ibath shower 3wks ago & it’s already stopped working, has anyone had this one for a decent amount of time?

I haven't personally installed this one, but we've not had any problems or returns reported on this item and have sold a lot of them, so I can say confidently this will be a solid, durable product. It is only suitable for installation on the wall.

Is the top wall fastener adjustable?

No. It’s attached to the adjustable riser. Once the riser is set at correct height, wall fastener screws into wall.
