3/8 BOLT AND WHEEL IS 1" WIDE. I HAVE THESE CASTERS ON A HEAVY STEEL TABLE WITH ABOUT 400 LBS ON IT . PERFECT CASTERS.

I don't have access to my casters for measurements in their installed state, but if you look at the add, the second image in the column of images on the left has the exact dimensions you are seeking. Select that image and hover over it to get the zoomed view and voila, that should get you there. Hope this helped.

What size screws or how long are the screws that comes with these 2" casters?

I’m not sure the exact size but it seems like they are probably 2” long.
