NGK LKAR8AI9 Iridium Spark Plug for Bikes

It's really better than the stock spark plug . There is good change in acceleration and initial pick up also . A slight change of sound is also there . The engine get much smoother than earlier . Well change the plug at oil change time so u can really feel the difference in acceleration . It's also reduced the engine heat . Really good go for it.

I bought the plug a while ago, but did not go ahead and install it as my bike is already 2.5k kms past the previous service and roughly another 2.5k kms to go. I was very curious to test it and ended up swapping the stock Bosch plug with the NGK Iridium. The vehicle start felt normal. After a few minutes of idling, I started to roll and felt the difference in the first and second gear immediately. Its feels like the jerkiness while accelerating in the lower rpms is taken care of and now and it pulls much smoother down in the lower rev range. Need to test it out in different situations before updating this review.

Fits my 200ns as center spark plug. First let me bust some myths Performance will not increase drastically, it just improves combustion which leads to better throttle response and 2-3 kmpl mileage increment. Pros 1.Can last up to 1 lakh km 2.Made throttle response smooth and linear , lag free. 3. Improves combustion thereby increasing a little amount of mileage. Cons If you want to have changes in performance then you have to change spark cables to ngk spark cables and airfilter should be changed to performance oriented air filter like k&n and then the fuel supply should be tweaked accordingly to attain max out of your motorcycle.This is possible only with high compression bikes like Duke 390 and above 390cc superbikes.

Received packing, with exterior Box fully crushed. This is a Refurbished Spark Plug and never buy this, you will end up spoiling your Bike Engine. The thread on the spark plug clearly shows the pre used of the product. The finish of the product should be Chrome and this is yellowish. So stay away and never buy this product.

Make the throttle control so smooth that you do not feel a jerk when you accelerate and let go of the throttle in your 1st or 2nd gears. I found this work very well on my KTM Duke 200. Though this was originally meant for KTM Duke 390. PS: Recommend changing them during your service or when you plan to change your engine oil to see best results.

Its around 15days that i'm using this in my ktm duke 125.. slide increased power in 3rd gear.. mileage increased around 2-3kms/liter.. but engine heats up a lot than before

The main thing I noticed was the throttle response. It was more crisp and predictible. While engine braking can feel a bit agresive. Overall it's a good sparkplug.

Hope, It's work good. Price is a bit higher than MRP mentioned on the box. Overall very good stuff. Edit: After using I noticed- 1: Engine running a bit smooth 2: Solved unstable RPM 3: Confidence It's last long
