I was worried the flavor might make it impossible to consume however I was pleasantly surprised, not bad even by itself. My nails and skin have a noticeable improvement.

Very quick delivery. Dissolves easily in hot tea, no taste. Have purchased this collagen several times, hair and nails appear stronger. Will continue to buy.

The best collagen i have found. I've been taking this for many years now and have noticed a difference in my knee pain which has completely gone now. It used to grind and I found it difficult to walk up stairs but not anymore. I would say it takes 3 months to see a difference. I changed to a different brand in the past but have always gone back to this. I've also noticed a difference in my nail strength, much stronger and they dont break/split as much. I take mine first thing in the morning, 2 scoops in water. It is a little lumpy but the difference its made to me out weighs that.

This powder really works, my knees used to ache like crazy due to too much rugby, but one scoop a day of this and I do feel better.
