Good fit, good looks, good protection
Ordered the two-tone (black & clear) version for a new phone after reading many reviews and having used the same case for ~3 years with another phone. Only been using this new one for about a week, but so far, so good. The case fits perfectly and looks great. Buttons function well, and all the ports, speakers, etc. are precisely aligned. Chose this version to highlight the phone's color, which it does perfectly. Don't expect the plastic to yellow, which was another reason for selecting this version. Accidentally dropped 3 feet onto a concrete floor, and protection was great: no marks, scuffs, or scratches. Does add bulk to the phone, but the matte plastic sides decreased its slipperiness, which is a decent trade off. All in all a decent value, especially compared to cases that cost a lot more.

Great Value, Easy Install
Great case! The case is crystal clear and provides a good amount of protection for the phone and the raised front protects the screen as well. The material is grippy enough that the phone feels good in your hand and won't slip out. For the money, you won't find a better phone case.

Overall a good case for day one. 2 weeks later?
It's only day one but the case is nice and clear. It is easy to install and snaps in well which makes it a bit hard to take off. I bought this case as a place holder until I can find another after 30 days. The back does have a lip the covers the edge of the camera bump and the nice thing about is the four corners on the back have edges that stick out a bit. So when you put the phone done it will lay flat and leveled on its back. I have a screen protector and if I placed it face down there still may be enough room for another screen protector. That's how high the front edges of the case may be. I gave it a 4 star for 2 reasons but the first may be my fault for forgetting how slippery the case like this can get after a few hours of handling. Second reason is if you squeeze the sides it's like the case grips the phone and let's go causing a tacky noise.Update Sept. 27, 2024First week, yep it can get slippery as I expected. So I got Spigen's magsafe to help. The magnet profile is slightly lower than the case lip around the 9 Pro camera bump and the circle is big enough to comfortably position two fingers. If the case gets slippery throughout the day my fingers will catch the ring. Funny enough only time my phone fell was off of my work cart as I was testing a pump. Phone landed face down, only bounced a bit once, and my screen protector was fine thanks to the lip around the case. The thing I mention about the sides is still there. The only downside I noticed after 2 weeks is that there is a gap around the camera which makes a great home for dust or pocket lint. Does it bother me at the moment? Not enough to change my rating.

Fit my Pixel 8a perfectly.
Fit my Pixel 8a perfectly. Our family has three of these and all have been good. Had it for about a year, it has never accidentally come off or had any issues with cracks. My wife was able to easily remove and replace hers when she got her phone wet. Got mine because I like the beautiful blue color of my Pixel 8a and did not want to cover it up. Does not excessively bulk up my phone, I carry my phone in my carpenter pants and it still fits the "tool pocket" on my right leg, no contortions required to get it out. Does not interfere with the buttons at all. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and there was no damage, however if you are the person continually dropping your phone on concrete... a thicker phone case or one made with rubber may be a better choice for you. For me it has worked quite well.
