Q: Didn’t receive what was in the photo. Very disappointed! How can I get a refund?

Same thing happened to me just this week. Looks like people have been complaining about this for at least a year. I didn’t even think to read reviews for a packaged goods product. There’s no way I can see to even correspond with the seller and the item isn’t returnable.

Q: Whats the shelf life?
