The gummies are easily taken by chewing.
The item was great. The taste is excellent with knowing you're eating something healthy. It didn't last that long I am almost out. I will be purchasing more at the end of the month. The product gives you a lot of good rest at night. I'm waking up at 5:00 a.m. and ready to go on with my day. I don't sleep during the day since I have been taking it. The Smell is great and smells healthy. It's easy to use by chewing daily when taking it. I find the price reasonable for a good product that works. And yes I would order again at the end of the month.

Great value
This is a great deal, you don’t really need 4,000 mg so I just take one gummy a day. The recommended dosage is only 500mg a day, at 2000 mg this is more than enough. Tastes great. Now I will see if they have any effect

Not for me
Not sure if I received a bad batch or what. No results for me. Just like eating candy gummies. I’ll try to finish the rest because I paid for them. But don’t see any advantages in doing so.

Seems to improved my health after three months. I have noticed improvements. Full nights sleep no bathroom interruptions. More energy during the day. Not taking as many naps as I used to.
