I bought these seeds for my hydroponic garden. I started them as directed and nothing grew. Then I found a YouTube that recommended these steps: 1) soak in Luke warm water for 12 hours 2) loosely wrap in a paper towel plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours 3) do the paper towel method of seed starting. ( place seeds between damp paper towel - I put mine in a plastic bag). Do this for several days. I think I did 3 days. Then 85%+ sprouted! 🌱 I’m not sure what it tastes like yet, I can’t wait!😃

Second year buying these Grew beautifully

I planted Spinach, Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach Seeds on January 20, 2019 and today there is still no signs of any growth.I'm using Jiffy Pellets and tray to get things started. My Red Romaine, Paris Romaine, Brussel Sprouts, and Okra are doing very well. However, there are no signs of Spinach.I will attempt planting more Spinach, Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach Seeds when I receive my other packet of seeds of Kale. I hope I don't have a bad lot of Spinach, Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach Seeds.Update later when I know more or have seen some results of growth. UPDATE: Tis spinach is a nice dark green, awesome for freezing for cooking and delicious in salad. Believe it or not, I had two planted in my tote garden and these things last 2 yrs! Kinda mild winter, but we did have some freezing temps. Sowed right into the soil. I purchased a few different types of spinach this year. The summer was brutal and I don't think I purchased the correct ones. I had an order last year and got spinach all winter (winter was somewhat mild, but we did have freezing temperatures). Ive planted some and will update as winter progresses.

Second time we've purchased this product. Used the first package (500 seeds) for two seasons. Approx 80% of the seeds produced and the flavor was excellent. Tried another variety in the spring this year and was not pleased, so planning to plant Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach this fall.

The seeds are probably fine I have not planted them yet but the pack comes with no instructions on planting them. No zone tolerances, no planting requirements. It asks you to look up instructions from another source. First time for everything. 😊
