This has to be the first garment that has been a good fit, very warm and can't stop wearing it. The only thing I could say I think it need a press stud halfway up the front flap, presently there is one at bottom and top. Certainly it does keep the wind we are having now. Seems to be very sturdy and hard wearing garment. Recomended

I’ve been wearing this jacket all winter, and it’s been a lifesaver—blocks the wind and rain like a champ and hasn’t torn even when I’ve snagged it. The fleece lining and thick padding keep me so warm, even on freezing days. The hood’s adjustable and detachable, which was clutch during a downpour last week, and I love all the pockets—two on the sides, one on my chest, and two inside for my stuff. The cuffs and hem adjust too, so it fits me perfectly. Honestly, it’s been great—totally recommend it!

Nice jacket to wear . Just tried it in the rain and , so far , it’s waterproof . Well styled in good colour . The fleece lining helps keep you warm and should reduce the amount of layers needed . Ample pockets of a decent size .However …… the jacket is a 2XL and is a very accurate size . The hood is a different matter . I’m unable to fully close it around the neck area . It attaches by Velcro strips , but due to the size of the hood , I can only just get the strips into contact with each other . The easy solution is to sew a bit more Velcro in , which I will do . Other than this , it seems to be a decent jacket .

First jacket purchased three years ago for a relative who works outside all year as a christmas present. On first view, all reviews positive and the jacket was a very reasonable price so I thought I would give it a go. I like to review things after they have been used to give a proper feedback, so last year I asked relative how they got on with the jacket, as they wear out outdoor clothes quite quickly, and given how reasonably priced the jacket was.The jacket was promptly brought out after 3 years solid use for someone working outside in all weathers. A shoulder seam had gone in this time (and was repaired to keep using the jacket, such was how well the jacket was thought of). This jacket was used constantly for working outside in the UK weather, (garden/landscape work) and was very warm and did exactly what it was purchased for. For a £38-40 purchase, excellent wear was had from the jacket and it lasted very well.Relative now has new second jacket, identical to the first, and is very happy! This jacket came vacuum packed neatly in it's little bag and box (packed small, big item when opened).A lot of the reviews on here are from walkers/hikers. If you want an excellent work coat for outside work, reasonably price that lasts and will keep you very warm, this is a great buy and I would recommend it.

Good fitting, high quality look and material, it is very warm and keeps the rain out. The jacket is also very sturdy.

On these cold days, a warm jacket is much welcome, this kind of jacket is kind of mountain vibe with many pockets and practicality for any occasion. It keeps warm the body, on the sleeves you can tight up to avoid air to come inside, it's warm and comfortable and good value.

Wanted to buy an affordable coat to replace my previous one that had lasted 15 years. Coats in shops are way too expensive e.g. £100. This one had good reviews and reasonably priced. Arrived neatly folded and compressed in a vacuum packed bag, and was also inside a nice zipped bag - which I now use to protect my laptop. Coat was impressively/nicely insulated and warm and fitted well, though I didn't like the fact that the inside left pocket had no zip or button - most right handed people put wallets here - so you need something to stop them falling - out right? Something obvious that the manufacturers could have done i.e. a simple button or velcro fastener? Anyway my main three gripes were firstly that the zip in the outside bottom pocket on the left broke within a week. The zip is small and narrow and of poor quality, so it pulls apart so easily without the zip slider moving. A week later, pens started ending up inside the coat lining as a hole had developed on the inside left pocket. About a month later the main zip on the coat malfunctioned and got stuck, but I managed to free it - so maybe it might last a bit longer? I do have some doubts though whether this coat will last anywhere near like 15 years (like my old one), let alone 1 year before I have to replace it.
