Did not help with sleep awake after a few hrs sleep. The next morning my heart felt jittery, uncomfortable. Drank water to flush out.

This product was a miss for me. It claims sugar free, but has maltodextrin, which has a high glycemic index and causes a rapid increase in blood sugar levels after consumption. The taste isn’t bad, but not worth it to me since it maltodextrin is a processed carbohydrate that impacts insulin levels similarly to sugar. Would prefer a monk fruit or stevia alternative.
