This is the best sea moss gel that I’ve tried so far, I like the taste, the health benefits, it has a smooth texture, like apple sauce. I have noticed skin improvement, it’s easy to use. It has good quality ingredients.

Been on this for about a month now feeling super refreshed and energized all day instead of tired dragging also noticed clearer skin and gut health has improved sleep and many other things too but overall good beneficial things and noticeable. For after taste which inst that bad to me its like baby food just slimier w a bit of an after taste so I eat 2 chocolates and after taste is gone. My flavor of choice is the pineapple mango sea moss gel tastes fruity and a bit sweet not bitter although some of the other flavors could be so be warned choose and see what flavor you like.

I absolutely love True SEA Moss! The strawberry flavor is hands-down my favorite – it’s smooth, refreshing, and easy to take every day. The mango flavor was okay, but not quite as tasty as the strawberry in my opinion.I’ve noticed a big boost in my energy and overall wellness since I started using it. I've only been using this a few days and already feel a difference. My energy level might be a slight bit improved, but I cannot state that with full confidence. I do suffer from gut issues, and can say with certainty that it has already helped with some of those issues. I'm definitely going to purchase more simply based off my experience so far. The apple cinnamon flavor is mild and pleasing, looking forward to trying others.

By day 4 I had supassed my leave for vaca weight, my stomach bloating was gone and I felt amazing.I’m on week two and a neighbor just commented on how beautiful my skin looks and asked what I used.. I went straight to the fridge and pulled out my seamoss and let her try it.. she immediately asked for the link I sent it..This brand is easily my favorite and I willPurchase again.. !!Can’t wait to try the other flavors!!

This product is amazon. It helped me with bloating and my gut health overall and it taste super yummy for it to be seamoss. 10/10 !

Ok I love the flavor and the texture of this product. It does make you release air if you know what I mean , but it cuts down on a day or two. I will be getting more

Only giving it 4 right now based on taste, I just tried it today and it absolutely tastes like cinnamon apple sauce, I did sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the spoon. I can't comment on benefits yet, but will after a month of using it. I was so scared to try this as I've heard sea moss tastes terrible and like fish. While there is a bit of aftertaste of like seaweed, its not bad. If you like sushi, you won't have a problem with it. Hopefully I see good things with this and will continue to purchase if I do. It also does smell like apple sauce. As I sit here writing this, the after tastes also kinda reminds me of how leather smells.... sounds weird but not a bad thing it goes away as I drink my water.
