My favorite lip balm is the EOS super balm, the one in the squeeze tube. These are very similar IMO, and I like them because they're colored. The strawberry shortcake color is very MLBB for me, not too pink not too nude. The java chip shade is definitely dark, and more of a grungey look. I love them both. I also ordered the red shade, but it hasn't arrived yet. Hoping it'll be as good as the others. The color sometimes starts off patchy but when rubbing the lips together the patchiness goes away and leaves soft, shiny lips with a touch of color.

I love the grape and peach elf lip balms and this one was no exception! I got the strawberry one and it smells like strawberries! It smells a little artificial at first, but that goes away once applied. The applicator is wide and the product comes out easily (compared to other higher priced balms where I’ve had to squeeze for dear life to get them out). It has a great shine yet isn’t super glossy (I’m not a gloss girl), but I’m sure if you apply more it will get glossierI have a habit of licking off my lip balm, so I can say it doesn’t have a weird taste and is not sticky. It lasts for hours before I have to reapply as well. Would reorder!

Yes! This is def a Summer Fridays dupe! So buttery, lasts and has way more in the tube. It actually lasts longer in my lips than SF does. The applicator is almost identical. SF tip is a little more flexible which is so nice but it’s barely different. The only other thing is my SF smells sooooo amazing. The smell on Elf is fine but nothing beats SF on the smell. I’m a big SF user but I’m for sure switching to Elf. Elf wins on this one.

Very light but not really moisturizing.Yummy gummy smells so good. Absolute favorite!Java chips smells so terrible. I understand you want it to smell like coffee but it's so plasticy and smells like expired coffee. The smell is so overpowering that it makes you want to take it off. You can also feel how grainy it is and the pigment. The color is beautiful but unfortunate scentBlackberry sorbet is nice. No strong smell and beautiful color

I’ve become somewhat of a lip balm/gloss slob over the past few months and I have to say this one is probably my favorite overall. I saw a review of this one on the today show and decided to try it. I love it! I find myself reaching for it over summer Fridays, laneige and my rhode lip products. It’s not drying at all, the gloss it leave is nice and the smell is good too. It’s not grainy and I don’t have to reapply so much. It leaves a bit of a tint but not too over powering. My only complaint was, it looked like it was used when I first opened it but I think it just separated in the tube. Definitely a good dupe for the higher end products.

This is the truth! ELF you don’t miss!!!! This color, the texture, the lasting power, and the way it tastes (don’t judge) it’s a great lippie. In a time where the lip game is oversaturated with so many options you just want one lip combo that can last through the day, not get grainy, not make your lips feel like sandpaper afterward, and can still hold after a kiss or a bite to eat. This is the one!

I thought to myself “how different can these be to the little lip balms elf already sells?”. What a difference these are. I have a few of the smaller fruity lip balms. I love them but they’re not incredibly moisturizing. Just something nice smelling and pretty. These, however, are something else. They’re moisturizing, smell so amazing, taste good (please, don’t eat your lip balm) and make my lips look gorgeous. I got the strawberry shortcake and yummy gummy shades and I couldn’t be happier about them. The scents are spot on and the pigment is just right. They’re not opaque by any means but they provide such a nice wash of color. Very easy to wear. I’m definitely getting more shades. 10/10 highly recommend!

I LOVE this! I especially love the vanilla toffee color. It's shiny, not sticky, and adds the perfect amount of color to look polished. I've worn it twice and gotten so many compliments!
