The treadmill came well packaged. It's super easy to setup. It's basically fully assembled. Just had to screw in two small feet, slip the device holder onto the frame, raise the bar and tighten two wing bolts to hold it in place. It doesn't come with lubricant and mine didn't seem to have any from the factory so I ordered some right away. Waited until it came the next day to put some lubricant into the treadmill fill spot. This is also super easy on this model. It's right on top of the side railing. It has a rubber plug that is easy to remove and replace. I put about a teaspoon of lubricant as directed. (5ml is equal to a teaspoon).The only thing I would have preferred would be for the incline to be adjustable. The unit can only be flat or the legs to incline it flipped up into place. No in between settings. And this has to be done manually. But for the price I can live with it. Will probably just leave it inclined anyway. Better workout on the legs.Got to try it out right after lubricating it. I had a very enjoyable 20 minute walk at 1.5 mph for my first round. I'm a 69 year old female and haven't walked on a treadmill for at least 20 years. So went slow for my first time.The machine is very quite. Squeaky shoes was about the only noise that was apparent. I'm 5'1" tall and the device holder is at just the right height and distance which made reading my kindle easy for my walk.The unit is a good size and light weight enough that would make it easy to move around. Luckily for me I have a spot to leave it set up.For anyone looking for an alternative to having to walk outdoors, which I don't prefer to do as it's either too hot or too cold where I live, this threadmill will certainly do the trick. I highly recommend it.Should anything change in the next few weeks as I get used it I will update my review accordingly.

setup was super easy. I read the manual in less than 10mins and it includes troubleshooting in case you get any errors on the screen during setup, but if you read the manual they before you start then you should be fine. controls are simple and it's nice to have the readout at your feet as well as on the rail. it doesn't take up much space so I don't need to fold it up and put it away but even if I did, that's easy to do as well. my only complaint is that it doesn't come with any lubrication which I will likely need since I'll be using this for at least an hour or two each day. I'm 5'4" & there's more than enough room for my strides so I don't have to shorten my steps. I haven't tried it with the incline set up yet but I'm def looking forward to that. I feel like I got a better workout on this than my walks outdoors bc I'm actually maintaining my pace. now hot weather or rain can't keep me from getting my steps in !!

The treadmill came packaged well, delivered by FedEx. It wasn’t that difficult to setup, however, the instructions should let the user know whether or not there is lubricant already in the machine or not. I’m left wondering if I need to add lubricant or not. Also, I dislike the smell of latex rubber a lot and this machine definitely smells like it. I haven’t had a chance to use the machine yet,—just briefly tested it out, however, it was easy to pair with the app, (once I realized I needed to turn the machine on), and the app looks interesting. You can also connect to your smartwatch. It appears to be built well, and the remote control and safety clip are nice additions.

I already had a compact-sized treadmill, but the speed only went as high as 3.8 and had no incline. On a fitness journey, I searched hard for a new treadmill and chose this one because of the speed, incline, compact size, and 5-star reviews. I’ve now had it for a week, and I know for sure it was the right decision. My only critical feedback is that the power switch is not indicated in the manual. If you’re searching for it, look on the right side of the base (if you are standing on the treadmill).

I am very happy with this treadmill, it's great quality and looks even nicer in person. Everything works well so far and there was basically no set up needed. You can tell this product was well thought out and was made with care and attention to detail. The sleek look and ability to easily fold in half and easily store away upright is appreciated in my small apartment.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their product, which made a big difference in my overall experience.I did face some issues — the handlebar vibrated noticeably on carpet, which caused the display to shake, making it difficult for me to use comfortably while wearing bifocals. The remote was also a bit slow to respond, and its layout made it easy to accidentally press the pause button when adjusting speed. These are things to be aware of depending on your needs and setup.That said, the company’s responsive and solution-oriented approach turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I truly appreciate their support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again based on their excellent service alone.

I really liked the treadmill. It is easy to assemble and fits under the bed. It is very convenient to look at the mileage, speed, calories and running time, not only at the top on the handrails but also at the bottom on the floor. I also like the remote control and the stand for the mobile gadget. I turned on music videos and my mood rises and calories are burned.
