It clearly says on the 2nd photo that it's "hand crafted by Nepalese dairy farmers high in the Himalayas". So no, not made in China or the US

Hey There... John here from the Devil Dog Pet Co team. Thank you very much for taking a look at our Himalayan yak chews and great question. Milk in its raw form is what is difficult for dogs to digest. Once it is made into cheese, the cooking process actually alters the protein making it more easily digested. About 10% of the dogs that try our product experience an initial loose stool or gas that quickly resolves itself. We've never had a problem with repeated or lasting GI issues. Most or all lactose is removed during the cooking, and cleaning and removal of whey liquid from the solids after the coagulation of the milk. So, the final product has little or no lactose to contribute towards the intolerance among dogs.

Q: I recently purchased the yak cheese treat but noticed it has both salt and lime juice. I thought salt and lime juice were known to be toxic to dogs

But nothing prevents you from voluntarily placing a statement of nutritional adequacy on your label"

Q: what size for a 10 lb mini poodle 5 mos old who is an aggressive chewer?

For a 10 lb aggressive chewer I recommend a small. Your puppy doesn’t have permanent teeth yet. Once those grow in you may want a larger size.
