These are a great idea for a quick flavor enhancement. There’s not a lot to it, but non the less. They ARE on the hyper sweet side. So be careful how much you add. One full squish for 16 ounces is ALOT! If you haven’t used these flavors yet or before ADD them after you add water to the cup so you know your range. If you’re good at your ratio, add it before hand to the water so it mixes itself!

Unfortunately you have to squirt a fair amount in to get any kind of flavour, which makes it not very cost effective. There are better alternatives for adding flavour to water that require considerably less which work out a lot cheaper, and also taste much better.

They taste okay in moderation. You don't need a lot. They have sugar in them, so that wasn't ideal. They last long, too. One was leaking when it showed up and got the rest of the bottles sticky.
