Its cameras are horrible, only one works and it has such an awful quality that I think a flip phone from 10 years ago is better quality. The outside looks nice but don’t let that fool you. It’s a piece of garbage

The phone worked for 3 weeks but then it started getting hot. So hot I couldn't hold it in my hand. I turned it off so it would cool down and now it won't turn back on. I wish I knew how to return it and get my money back because it was trash‼️ I'll never order another electronic from Amazon‼️ I only chose 1 star because I couldn't write the review without selecting at least one star but I wouldn't even give it 1 star‼️

I was excited to receive this phone with same day delivery until, I opened it and learned that it was locked. When I have MetroPCS the IMEI, they couldn't activate it until both carrier and IMEI locks were unlocked.
