This stuff is amazing. Very effective, a little goes a long way. Has worked on a variety of different skin issues- under arm bumps, acne, etc. smells very good. It goes in light, not greasy. It may seem a little expensive but it is well worth it and this little container lasts a while.

Great product and it smells great, I use in areas of if I see a pimple coming and massage it right on top and it actually helps and reduces the inflammation of the redness.Will purchase again and recommend to others

I swear by this pomade, it is amazing, I suffer with hidradenitis suppurativa, it is a very painful condition. I apply this pomade in affected areas and I see results instantly! For example on boils I apply 3-5 times a day and by the next day the pain has diminished and the boil has gone down OR the boil pops with out pain. I have also applied it on my acne pimples and it alleviates the pain while helping it come to surface better, the purple one is my go to the smell is almost like a fruity pebble smell.

If you’re anything like me, you have HS & you’re in the ratings searching through thinking to yourself “there’s no way this really works” but you’re also desperate & willing to try anything at this point because it summer time and the flare ups are painful and not the accessory you had in mind for the cute summer outfits. I went from in pain, unable to shave my under arms & having to not wear certain outfits because of it to back to wearing what I want, not being in pain & stopping flare ups at the first sign of them.I was desperate, I bought it & honestly, this stuff is a GAME. I was absolutely so excited to receive this product. I had seen so many people talk about how it relieved them of their HS outbreaks. It was so hyped up that I think I was expecting a miracle. I have used it all to the end and unfortunately it didn’t do anything to help my HS. I was originally worried the fragrance would bother me, but it didn’t irritate me at all. I really wanted this product to be my miracle for HS outbreaks, but as I reached the bottom of the container my heart also fell out. Though it didn’t get rid of my HS outbreaks, it didn’t irritate or cause any additional issues like most other products do. I loved the feeling of rubbing this product on my affected areas. It was soothing and felt creamy without being overly greasy. I would love to try this again- maybe not the lavender. I got the smaller container and it lasted me over a month- applying to multiple HS outbreaks twice a day. It wasn’t over priced but with all the other items I have to purchase to try and overcome this terribly painful skin disorder (hydrocolloid bandages, turmeric soap, antiseptic washes, peroxide wipes, aquaphor [because I cannot use deodorant on these open wounds], hibiclens soap and antiseptic cleaner, boil ease and ichthammol salves, bactine cleansing spray, witch hazel, cetaphil flareup body wash, unscented body powder [my attempt to battle sweat], dial gold antibacterial liquid soap, vanicream products, betadine with lidocaine pain relieving antiseptic spray, 100% cotton pads and medical tape [for areas I cannot use the bandages], gauze, prescription meds from my doctor, and medicated ointments) I unfortunately do not have the extra money to purchase again right now. I definitely will be trying again but with a better expectation of the possible results. If you have HS or any skin disorder I recommend that you try this product. Just because it didn’t work that way I hoped it would, lots of others have had amazing success with this product.

This is truly a miracle product. I’m always very apprehensive of products I have seen advertised on Facebook but this has truly changed my life. I have been struggling with HS on my bikini zone since I was 8 years old-it gets so painful at times and I have found nothing to work for relief. I have multiple active flare ups currently-I started using this product 2 days ago and the difference is astonishing. I will always have the scars but the pain and the bumps are gone! The scent of the salve is very mild-slightly medicinal but I don’t mind it at all. I’m just so surprised by this product and how well it’s worked in such a short amount of time. I will absolutely be buying this on a regular basis.

Pros: It smells nice and it doesnt irritate my sensitive skin. I love that it came in a glass jar instead of plastic.Cons: It just doesn't work for me. I saw no improvement in my skin while using it no matter which area of my body it was on. It does stain my shirts and its super thick/ greasy so its hard for bandages to stick to the skin while using it.

In a word ...AMAZING! I LUV THIS PRODUCT I needed this product...it really works on rashes on the skin...HS...an small acne bumps on your face its light not greasy doesn't stain your clothes an very light fragrance..I will never stop buying or recommending this ointment..yes it's pricey but it's worth it
