I bought this as a gift for my mom. She used it a handful of times. The ion plunger stopped working. We are very familiar with these ionic foot baths. Tried all reset maintenance following instructions but it just wouldn’t work. It was nice for the handful of times it worked. Overall not pleased because of this.

This is a great product and its price is reasonable. I follow the manual recommended using time 30 minutes/time. I have tried this foot detox machine for about one month. I took this photo when I was using it for about 15 minutes to show how yucky the water was. I think the water turned dirty means my body got in detox. This body detox helped me lost 5Lb weight in one month. Also, I do feel my body gain more energy and sleep well at night. I'd like to recommend this product to people is trying body detox:)

LOVE this ionic detox foot bath! The heat from the waistbelt is proven by my stomach that burns if i lay out in the sun immediately so i'm guessing a lot thermogenicly is going on. This is from my guy's first use. WE DO IT DAILY and 3 weeks later it's pulling out some heavy metals. We brush it with an old toothbrush, the array and letsoak in white vinegar for 5 minutes and then to dry...and then after 20 uses iput vitamin C powder in water for 30 minute soak and it came totally clean as new. wahoo! My guy's rashes are all gone within a week and i have more energy and less bloat.

I purchased this product based on the number of reviews and high percentage of good reviews. The product I received did not work and seemed cheaply made for the price. The plug that goes into the back of the unit fit so loosely it easily fell out. The unit turned on in that the LED screen lit up and I could hear the "motor". However, no default settings appeared and none of the front-panel buttons worked. The top panel which controls the waist belt did not power on at all and none of those buttons worked either. The tub itself had black scuff marks on the rim. The information/instruction booklet had little in the way of troubleshooting Q&A. I could find no information related to my situation online. The manufacturer's card that came with the product had no phone number and instructed to email if there were issues. The response time to my email was quick but it basically said "Hey there", sorry, contact Amazon customer service to return the product. I did a live chat with Amazon customer service and received A-plus assistance. The product is on its way back and I did not have to pay for return shipping. I plan to purchase another ionic foot bath but, sorry to say, it will not be from this company.

This is a great product with a great price. The recommended time is 30 minutes, Which is the time that I usually do. I just wanted to take one at 15 minutes to show how yucky the water was. I would recommend this product to anybody that is trying to detox. I have more energy and feel better after each treatment.

Works well for the price

I have had ionic foot baths before so I knew the results I wanted to achieve from this product. OMG.... it is absolutely fantastic. I used it immediately when it arrived. I detoxed metal, joints, lymph and liver. The evidence is in the water. The product book has a chart on the back so you can easily identify the particles drawn out of the body. I almost didn't order this because of some of the negative reviews but I went I decided to trust the positive reviews and I'm so glad that I did. The instructions are in the product book so people complaining about there being no instructions most likely did not read the small booklet in it's entirety.

It's probably my fault that I didn't see this product cannot do two detox baths at once like I am use to. That was my first disappointment. Then my husband noticed the tub itself is cracked. I'm discouraged because it comes with next to no instructions simply literature on why it's such a great product. Finally this bath seems to pull next to nothing. I'm going to play with the amount of salt we are adding and see if that helps. The lack of instructions does not help with this. I was overwhelmed by so many products on the market trying to decide which to get. I was drawn to this one. I very much wish I would have gotten a different one.
