I had bought this RC boat for my son October 2024, we really loved it and it was a lot of fun. I thought I had recordings of it flying around in the water but I guess I don't. I will say very durable very fun, it handles very easy, and it turns on a dime. What also helps is the self-right sensor, so every time we would flip it, it would just self right itself. Battery life is good honestly we can get out there and enjoy it together before it dies, sometimes he would be out there on the kayak and I'll just be having the boat zoom right past him. Sadly though, one daya we were on our way to go throw it in the water, my son tripped on a rock and dropped it, when that happen unfortunately both Clips broke off that help seal it making a waterproof. I tried to point them out in the picture, you can see if you zoom in or look closely, I already knew that once we put it in the water, it was going to mess up the electronics, because that same thing happened with our last boat, as soon as those clips or tabs broke off water got inside and messed up the whole thing. We had a full battery so of course we had fun with it until the battery died. When we tried it again the following day, it would not turn on. I will be ordering another one, no honestly I might just order two so we don't have to share anymore lol overall it truly is a fun RC boat and definitely do not use this in a swimming pool, this thing is way too fast to be contains when something so small. This is a very fun boat did not have any problems with it extremely fast for younger children, but it has an adjustable throttle on it. I recommend buying.

I ran this RC boat for a week and honestly loved it fast, smooth on the water, and really fun to drive. The handling was responsive and it tracked well, even when I pushed it hard. Then all of a sudden the motor just stopped with no warning, which was super disappointing. If the motor issue gets fixed, it’s an awesome RC boat, but that sudden failure is a big downside.

Love this boat! Very fast 35 kph (not mph) but the props will chip if you hit submerged tree limbs or other debris. As soon as the prop looses its edges, it won't work correctly at all - will surge on and off. Fortunately, a spare prop will have you back in the lake in a jiffy. Battery takes 4+ hours to charge with the included adapter (boo). A $35 or less investment will get you a charger that will do it in < 1 hour - an extra battery is also a must.

I've had a blast taking this RC boat out on our local lake a few times! It's a thrill to drive, with impressive speed (estimating 25-30 MPH) and stability. The self-righting function on the remote is a game-changer, allowing it to roll back over if it capsizes. The boat handles waves well, easily jumping and even performing barrel rolls depending on water conditions. However, I only gave it 4 stars for two significant drawbacks: 1. Short battery life: The included battery lasts around 15 minutes, and you'll likely need to purchase additional batteries. Be aware that the battery compartment is specific to battery size, so make sure to get the right fit. 2. Self-righting fails at low battery: When the battery is running low, the self-righting function doesn't have enough power to work effectively. This could lead to trouble if you're far from shore. Despite these issues, I've really enjoyed driving this boat and would recommend it to fellow RC enthusiasts. Just be prepared for the battery limitations!

A great gift for almost anyone. If you give them as a gift you might as well get one for yourself as you will not believe how much fun this little boat can be. It is FAST, can turn turn on a dime, can't sink and easy to control with the hand held remote. After I gave it as a gift I had to buy one for myself.

Great fun boat. When submerged if swamped it shoots out of the water and if get flips uprights itself at the push of a button and takes off - fast!
