This litter box is very nice and so neat with the app it can be fully controlled from the app it tells you the weight of the litter it'll let you know when it's full it let you know when it's cleaned and deodorized it does everything I definitely recommend and very easy to set up!!

My cats kick litter like they are digging to the other side of the world and shoot it everywhere so I was hopeful this box would help that. The opening isn't the greatest and it's so dark you can't see the max line and adding litter isn't the greatest either. I did like the added scoop and it does help but this would be better for a more ablrd body person who can't see in the opening. I also go it because of the side door opening because I can't bend over well. This is not a great design because the poop is right there when trying to get the bag off and it falls out of the bag. If you try the empty button it makes it work but it ki d of jams into the open door and this is a problem. Also there is a lot of wasted bag because there's not a lot of room for the bag to fill more. I think if the door opened upwards and the was a feature to turn the drum enough to make all the litter fell into the bag it would be better. The cats also still kick litter out of this pan. Finding a good not expensive automatic pan is impossible and being handicapped make scooping regular litter boxes near impossible for me. I don't necessarily recommend this litter box.

Would be better if there was a low litter sensor. As long as you keep up with it, and clean everything regularly, it works fine. Not great for trips longer than 4 days. You come back to no litter, because it's all in the bag. And the whole barrel covered in excrement. Because it flops around with no litter after the cat leaves.

The door latch broke after 1 month of use. I contacted the seller because I was just passed my return window. They said they would send me a replacement part to fix the door and then ghosted me. Additionally, I have since acquired a Meowant, and the bag in a can layout makes so much more sense. In this item, I've had the bag come off the holder and then poop and used litter goes everywhere when I open the door, making a huge mess.

I genuinely hate this litter box so much. Compared to my other self cleaning litter box this one sucks. I hate how the dirty litter is at the top to clean/change it, It makes a huge mess when changing it. There’s no light on the inside which isn’t a huge deal but my other litter box has one and it makes cleaning so much easier. I only got this one because it was cheaper than the other one I have, and I wanted to try another brand. Overall it does do its “job” but comparing it to other brands it’s definitely not my favorite.

Have made numerous attempts to secure the litter and nothing has worded. The litter goes everywhere except in the bag. Then you have to clean the compartment by hand and so falls to the floor when you open the compartment.
