Under $80 Juggernaut (3 speaker battle)
was having a hard time choosing between this, and Oontz angle 3 Pro, and a Doss Soundbox Pro. Im looking for something primarily for the house to be used in a bedroom/office. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS A WINNER and I wouldnt hesitate to choose any of the 3. Sound quality was very very....VERY comparable with each one and pretty much a wash (explained below). I dont like letting my batteries drain so I cant vouch for battery life on each one, but im not worried. Below is why I would choose each model, hopefully it helps you. Also if it matters, I listened to Radiohead-The National Anthem and Skrillex-Rumble to test the speakers.--Why I chose the Doss Soundbox Pro: I hate to admit it but the price....and I actually chose this one over the Tribit and Oontz after my sound tests. The sound was on par with the other 2 (similar wattage to the Oontz) and I liked this one just a hair more than the Oontz because it was a little crisper sounding where the Oontz was a little fuller...if that makes sense. So with the sound being the same, the fact that I could ALSO pair multiple Doss speakers for a multi speaker set up just like the Oontz (this is a great feature for when entertaining guests/having a small party/get-together), and considering I'd primarily be using this in a bedroom (where the powerbank wouldnt come in as handy like the Oontz has).....I had to choose this one. I didnt realize it was the cheapest until I had finished testing all 3 and went back to the invoice. This is the best bang for your buck speaker of the 3 and im big on value....but dont mind spending either if the value is there.--Why I would choose this speaker (Tribit Stormbox Micro 2):This one is the most travel friendly. Its the smallest and has a strap across the backside of it so you can easily attach it to a backpack, bike, UTV/ATV or any type of bar....the straps so tight to the body of the speaker that you can even put it on something as small as a car antenna and itd hold securely. Since the strap is snug to the body it stays secured. They dont list the wattage and this had the lowest wattage of the bunch at 10w compared to the other 2 at 20w/21w each.....but it was without a doubt equally as loud as the other two with trebles and bass being on par with the other two. Id really like to see how loud and clean a tribit with higher wattage sounds if this 10w speaker matched the higher wattage speakers I compared it to in my test.--Why I would choose the Oontz Angle 3 Pro instead: This one was the biggest and beefiest which I am a fan off....but I dont want you to think its a brick. its still plenty light where it wont feel like a burden lugging it around. This one also has a ocean/boat theme color pattern which is sweet and almost swayed me since i will be using this on my boat too. The other thing that almost swayed me was that the speaker can be used as a powerbank!!! So this ones sound is just as good as the other but the standout features are the looks, and the fact that it can be used as a powerbank which can come in very handy. Its not included but they have a bracket mount that clamps on to stuff.......not sure how it would hold up to movement and things like that but there is that option out there. These can also be paired with other Oontz speakers for a multi speaker set up.--Why I would choose the Doss Soundbox Pro: I hate to admit it but the price....and I actually chose this one over the Tribit and Oontz after my sound tests. The sound was on par with the other 2 (similar wattage to the Oontz) and I liked this one just a hair more than the Oontz because it was a little crisper sounding where the Oontz was a little fuller...if that makes sense. Great quality
Bought for husband. He wanted a turtle box (?) but I couldn’t see paying that price. This surpassed by expectations. Sounds great, size is perfect and the volume is perfect. Easy to connect and figure out

Great little unit for the price
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the DOSS SoundBox. i asked myself - can a Bluetooth speaker this small really deliver the great sound that is advertised. Well, the answer is a resounding yes. For a unit this size it packs a punch and is equally effective at low volume. One reviewer commented that the mid=range had a static quality and a humming sound at low volume but that did not happen with me, The sound is crystal clear throughout the entire sound spectrum. The small size makes it super easy to carry anywhere and though it is lightweight is is still sturdily built. A carrying case would have been a nice touch but maybe someone at DOSS will think of it. It is advertised as waterproof but I had not tried it under those conditions though the description clearly says not to submerge the unit - it would be OK in rain or sprinklers but even then why take the chance? The controls take a little bit of time to master. The lights s for instance are controlled by long pressing the bass boost or by using the mode button for different color displays as I understand. The volume can be controlled by the plus and minus buttons on the top left of the unit but if you long press them you either go to the previous track or the next one - found this out. The volume on the unit is very useful however as you do not have to access the volume from your paired device, especially if you receive a phone call through the speaker. In this case adjust the volume accordingly - otherwise you so not need to stop the music - the music automatically pauses just as if you were listening to music from the paired device alone. After the call the music will resume. The BassBoost does increase the bass some but not a great deal. it is still enough however to enhance the music. If one desires a huge bass output then use external speakers or buy a bigger Bluetooth speaker The battery life is just fine at 20 hours and it would take around 3-4 hours to fully recharge. So this unit fits my needs perfectly and should satisfy just about anyone but the most finicky. In my opinion the DOSS Sound Box cannot be beat for the size or the price. Just go for it.

Cute portable speaker easy on the ears Bluetooth speaker
Besides I was expecting more bass, and maybe a little bit louder the quality of the sound is amazing. It's definitely apartment, and dorm friendly. I love it that is portable. You can move it around easily and it doesn't take up much space when you are done with it. Ease of use, it'svery easy to use and to connect. I think the easiest bluetooth speaker i brought thus far. If you are looking for a portable easy to use speaker, easy on the ears, but with quality than this is worth the try.
