What a great little amp! Considering its size it really packs a punch. Pushes my monitors easily, even though they need a fair bit of power. The great thing is that even though it can go VERY loud, the sound quality stays great. I use it to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth and also directly to my record player. I’d say if there was a downside it would be the tuner. It’s FM only, but doesn’t pick up many stations clearly. It’s probably because my apartment is built with lots of steel and concrete, so the included aerial isn’t able to pick up much. It has a fully functioning remote, and has a nice little screen of the amp, so you can see what import is being used & volume levels. It has basic EQ, but it’s enough for my needs. I deliberately didn’t buy the cheapest amp I could find, because of the extra functionality; but overall it’s amazing value for money. I’ve been able to connect my phone, iPad, MacBook, and even my a TV via Bluetooth. The sound is much better on all devices than by using their internal speakers. It has a microphone connection, but I am a KJ, so if I want to sing I’ll use my PA eqt. So I’ve not listened to a microphone plugged in, although it does have a volume control for it.

Amazing piece of tech and so tiny! Performs extremely well, much better than I expected for the price! I have connected it to an old pair of high spec. Sony SS3 speakers and I listen to tracks via Bluetooth from my mobile. It sounds absolutely amazing! Cinema quality! Just a little tip - when pairing to your mobile's Bluetooth the device name (the MK45) doesn't show up as the device name on your mobile (namely, the MK45). All it will say is 'BT' (meaning Bluetooth). That's what you select to pair your mobile with this little Amp. I found this very confusing at first as I was looking for 'MK45' but I sussed it out in the end! But yeah - very pleased with this little piece of kit! Excellent value for money! ✅✨

A good little amp that surprised me. Powers my Q Acoustics bookshelf speakers no problem, bass and treble are good enough. Only listen to radio 2 which it picks up fine and reception isn’t usually that good in this area, it doesn’t struggle at all, sound is great. Only little niggle is a slight hum with bass turned up and volume over half when nothing playing, you can’t hear it otherwise. Have used tv, phone and record deck through it without problems on any connections including Bluetooth which identifies itself as BT when you scan. Record deck has less bass so doesn’t sound quite as good as other mediums but still plenty good enough if you aren’t hyper critical about sound, my deck is only a cheap one anyway. All in all a bargain at the price, a great bit of kit and dinky in size so can be squeezed onto a shelf.

Amazing quality. Enables speakers to be connected to turntable as I bought it for my teenage son’s expanding vinyl collection.

The amplifier is very good, but let down by the MOST AWFUL NOISE when it is first turned on! The noise sounds like it's about to blow the speakers out of the window. Once it is turned on, the sound is very good, running through Bose satellite speakers with a subwoofer. While in standby mode from the remote, the two blue dials remain lit, so a real distraction as I use the system in my bedroom. I am sure that I can find a way to cover the dials up, but the alternative of turning the amp off at the wall defeats the object. So, in summary, good sound, but badly thought out functions regarding EARTH-SHATTERING NOISES when turning it on, and bright blue lights when turned off. Buy with care! The actual sound output, however, is very good.

Having just upgraded the hi-fi speakers in another room I'd had a pair of redundant bookshelf Denon speakers hanging around for a while so, using some high quality speaker wire, I hooked them up to this tiny amp and - wow! - I'm astonished at how good it is. And easy to connect to a phone through Bluetooth. Only downside is the bass / treble could be a bit better and I'm not sure what the microphone knob is for? But for a tiny, cheap amp, it more than delivers. And because my speakers are small and so is the amp, it doesn't clutter the living room. A definite winner 🏆
