Great product, just remember to add covers

I’ve been using this for years in my kitchen. Was easy to install! And works like the day I bought it despite being opened dozens of times a day! It’s super smooth and the soft close is perfect. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I now use these on my clients jobs anytime I need one.

Decent enough quality. Measurements of your cupboard have to be exact and I would highly recommend having basic woodworking skills to install. Drawer slides, although soft close, are cheap.

I haven't even used this for 24 hours yet, but I'm pretty sure this is exactly what I want. What I didn't count on (even though the reviews warned) was the nightmarish installation! As many have said, the instructions are just about useless! I watched the video a few times, referred to Rachel Lucas' instructions (see reviews), and then added my own techniques and ingenuity. My space is in a corner cabinet and the access was really tight which made it all the more difficult. What I did learn is that level and plumb are vital to this working correctly. My first attempt resulted in the self-close function not working so I had to take out the screws and make adjustments. It was then that I took advantage of the long oval shaped vertical holes and the built-in horizontal play on the back bracket. The usefulness of these features is not mentioned anywhere, but getting "close to correct" placement of fairly tight screws into the vertical ovals allowed me to make increments of adjustments until I had the slides level in every single direction and to each other. Once I had that, I drilled for screw placement in a couple of the small circular holes and got everything secured in place. The REALLY IMPORTANT thing I learned from Rachel Lucas was to disregard the ridiculously verbose directions for the door mount and to just use the provided two-sided tape and my eyes to get the door mounted. After the horror of mounting the slides, I was dreading mounting the door, but in the end, it took me about 10 minutes and was perfect on the first try. As an additional tip to what Rachel provides, I did tape a small level to the top of the door to help me with eye-balling the alignment of the door before I pushed it against the tape. So, I think the device gets 5 stars, but Rev-A-Shelf gets a big fat ZERO for its inability to provide simple, understandable, and effective step-by-step instructions.
