Lifesaver
Jammed the button on the one in my apartment and I wasn't gonna wait for a repair when I have deliveries. This did the job nice enough in NY state. As standard as it gets.

Management: We can't do anything because it will cost $5,000
My apartment had an older Alpha Communications intercom since I moved in, a few months ago the door buzzer button stopped working. I let the management office know and not only did they not send someone to check it, so I had no idea if the problem was the intercom in the apartment or the mechanism downstairs they just said they couldn't do anything cause it would cost $5,000 that they don't have.After dealing with it, complaining multiple times and having to run downstairs every time I got a delivery, I finally got fed up. I figured I'd take the risk of buying this and if it didn't work, so be it.I took the old one off the wall and hooked this one up as soon as I got it and it works flawlessly!Hmmm, Supposed $5,000 job vs ~$30 risk from Amazon.

I got this to replace the old one that came with my apartment when I moved in. The old one was yellowish and looked old so I replaced it with this one that is a nice shade of white. I'm happy with the purchase.

This is not the right item
Beware. This is not the right photo. The screw holes are on the sides, not the top and bottom as in the photo. I had to drill some holes but it still didn’t fit right. Had to buy one from another seller. Make sure i5 is the right product before you hit buy.
