I’m leaving my original review at the base of this post just as a reference point for how a company with integrity handles product defects. I have to say it is rare to find a company that will step up and replace a product that is past warranty just to make sure a customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough about how good I feel about my purchase and my experience. As I explained in my original review, I loved this battery pack. It did great things, and I was really disappointed that it died when it died, but after posting my review, I received an email and offered to replace the charger. I had purchased six months prior and I am so grateful is that there are still companies in the world that value their reputation and also value the integrity of the products they put out. In a world that seems to value quick and temporary over quality and craftsmanship. I have nothing but high praise and deep thanks. I would highly recommend buying this battery. It served me well and now will continue to serve me well for months to come.. as someone who lives on very very fixed income, to find a charger that is both affordable and reliable feels like a big win… but an inexpensive and reliable charger… It is a rare rare thing to find.What can I say? Is it terrible? No, Does it charge everything? Yeah. Does it take forever to recharge? You bet. Is it heavy? Gods yes, it’s heavy. Did I love it despite its flaws? Mostly. Actually, to be fair it was way better than my last one, but it still pisses me off that I threw it on the charger. It got to 100%. I tossed it in my bag like I normally do so I would have it with me since I knew I had a long day ahead of me, but sadly when I went to plug my phone into it no life to be found. Tried everything to get it to reboot. Tried everything to get it to turn on. It’s just dead, dead dead dead six months to the day after purchasing it so I guess slightly less than six months of actually using it but within reason now I know, you might say you got six months out of it and it was only 30 bucks but if you’re poor like me and you can’t afford to replace these kind of things every six months it’s a real bummer now I’m without mobile charging capabilities and can’t afford another one. I don’t expect a lot, but it would be cool if it had lasted at least a year. So if you can afford to replace your portable batteries every six months then this is the one for you because it’s pretty reliable at the start I guess maybe I had expectations that were a little bit too high..

This is an excellent battery bank! I haven't run it empty yet because it can (theoretically) fully recharge my phone 10 times before it needs to be recharged. I use it with my phone, tablet, Bluetooth speakers, portable guitar amplifier and it still has plenty of juice left. It's the same height and width as my Motorola Moto G and about 4 times thicker. The small light is good for illuminating the ground in front of you if you drop your keys, or lighting up the lock on a door. Keep in mind that it takes a while to recharge the deeper you drain it. A 2amp (10 watt) wall cube will take forever to fully charge. Actually about 25+ hours. It's also noticeably heavy too! Safety toe footwear highly recommended!😎

This charger is great, it lasts really long and the charging is very stable. The charger is a bit heavy but with a bag, the weight is negligible. The charging ports can be a bit stiff on first use but it doesn’t affect functionality. Overall, a fantastic charger with a surplus of capacity and would highly recommend to anyone needing more power for multiple devices or multiple days.

The inclusion of three standard USB-A ports, one Lightning port, and a Micro USB port alongside the single USB-C port offers decent versatility for charging my Apple devices and older accessories. The LED display is a great touch, clearly showing the remaining battery percentage, so I always know how much power is left. It's been a trusty companion for long trips or heavy device use.I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. First, having only one USB-C port is a bit limiting when I need to fast-charge both my iPhone and iPad Pro simultaneously, as the USB-A ports and Lightning port don't deliver the same speed for newer Apple devices. The Micro USB port feels a bit outdated for recharging the power bank itself, and the full recharge takes about 9 hours with a fast charger, which is understandable but a tad inconvenient. Second, this power bank is quite heavy and bulky, making it less ideal for daily carry in a small bag or pocket it's better suited for travel or home use, like tossing in a backpack for camping or flights. I would recommend anyone to buy this power bank it has alot of charging options at great speed, it also comes with a flashlight that's super bright. This power bank would last you throughout the day and the next day depending on how many devices you charge. Definitely worth the money

This did exactly what I needed. I was able to charge my phone, watch, and AirPods everyday on a three night campout. Including a charge to a friends phone and watch The battery was down to 42%.It’s worth following the direction to charge and discharge fully prior to normal use.
